This is my first attempt at a Stitch & Do card - I was gifted this kit (Stitch & Do #26) ages ago and even though I was keen to try it I also thought it looked quite complex and wasn't sure I could get the hang of it but let me tell you, once I figured out that first stitch pattern I WAS HOOKED! I even added some beads! It turned out to be a lot easier than I anticipated and as usual I whiled away the hours in front of the TV just stitching and stitching and stitching! The outcome is definitely worth the effort!! The kit comes with 3D floral images for the centre but I opted to draw and cut out a couple of pink butterflies and added a gold embossed sentiment!

I'm pretty happy with how my first attempt turned out and I'll definitely be creating more of these! I'm seriously obsessed!!
