At last, the Day of the Doctor arrives!! HAPPY 50TH ANNIVERSARY DOCTOR WHO! Technically it was yesterday, but the special episode aired live across the globe and I just happened to be in a different day altogether! My alarm was set for 3:45am and I don't think I've ever been so excited to wake up at such a ridiculous hour, nor have I ever bolted upright in pure joy at hearing that bloody alarm ring! The episode was spectacular, and actually quite moving, I was so happy and teary to see David Tennant again, alongside Matt Smith, they were incredible together, it was wonderful to see them working together! I'm very sad that Smith only has one episode left until he regenerates, I've always said that the Tenth Doctor is my favourite, but Eleven is giving him a tight run for his money! There were some awesome lines, I totally laughed out loud The cameo appearance of Tom Baker (the Fourth Doctor) gave me chills and the final shot of all the Doctors lined up made me burst!
I loved it! It was amazing and I can't wait for more!
