Happy Easter

I have one last Easter card for you (I made a bunch okay!) - for this one I used the leftover stitched oval from my shaker card and created a little Easter scene using the Basket of Blossoms dies from Issue #34 of Die-Cutting Essentials.

For the background panel I ink blended Shaded Lilac and Seedless Preserves Distress Oxides, stamped "Happy" from LF Meow You Doin' in Picked Raspberries and die cut "Easter" with Impression Obsessions Easter Greetings word die. Then I adhered the oval scene using foam tape for some dimension.

This was super quick and I'm happy with how it turned out!

Easter Shaker

Sharing another Easter card today - this time, a shaker! I adore creating shaker cards and this turned out to be so fun!

This gorgeous floral yellow card was a piece leftover from a previous craft session and it was the perfect size for the kind of shaker I had in mind. After rounding the corners of the card I cut a window to the left using a Scrap Dragon Stitched Oval die (I saved the oval itself and created another card which I'll share soon!)

Next I cut the bunny and greenery using the Basket of Blossoms dies from Issue #34 of Die-Cutting Essentials and adhered between the oval window and the acetate. I adhered the Easter Greetings sentiment cut from purple card using Impression Obsession word die

I ink blended the panel behind the window with Shaded Lilac Distress Oxide and then added my shaker bits - a mix of sequins, beads, shimmer paper and cute bunny scatters and then sandwiched it all together with foam tape.

Easter Baskets Cards

More Easter cards! For both of these baskets I used the Basket of Blossoms dies from Issue #34 of Die-Cutting Essentials, patterned cardstock from DCWV and on the blue one I used a Lawn Fawn Stitched Scalloped Rectangle.

Easter Baskets

Sharing some Easter crafts today! I made these charming Easter baskets using the Basket of Blossoms die cuts from Issue #34 of Die-Cutting Essentials - this is such a lovely set of dies (21 pieces in all!) with lots of different flowers and leaves also included so I'll definitely be making more baskets for Mother's Day! But how darling are those little bunnies?!
I decided that I wanted to turn these baskets into gift tags to go along with some Easter treats, plus I also foam mounted a couple onto some patterned paper and cardstock to create a few Easter cards!

Hope you have a wonderful Easter xx

Easter tags!

I was in a yellow mood this Easter! For these tags I used the cute Lawn Fawn Happy Easter stamp set which I coloured in with some basic pencils and then fussy cut all of them (!!!) because I don't own the matching die cuts (yet!)

For the tag base I used a yellow textured card from a pack from Kmart and cut with Lawn Fawn Scalloped Circle Stackables and then layered with confetti paper from a pack from Kikki K using Circle Stackables

I had fun making these!! Did you craft anything for Easter?
